Our lease management agreements come in two distinct types

Full Management

Partial Management

  • We take care of all communication with tenants and landlords on all issues surrounding the lease
  • We cover most damages and expenses associated with the property
  • We cover legal proceedings costs in cases of breach of contract, without affecting the guaranteed return to the landlord
  • The guaranteed return (rent) starts to be paid to the owner from the start date until the end date of the lease by our company, regardless of whether or not rents are collected and how much is collected
  • The rents start to be paid by the tenant directly to Waylink upon the start date of the lease with the tenant
  • Waylink conducts viewings of the property
  • We promote the most worthy prospective tenant to the landlord
  • A private rental agreement is signed between the landlord and tenant
  • Rents are paid directly to the landlord’s account, while we manage the tenant/property and receive confirmation receipts of rent payments
  • We take care of the full communication with tenants and owners for all issues surrounding the lease 
  • The landlord is notified of any issues with the property (such as appliances and furnishing issues) and provided quotes for repairs, replacement estimates, and similar 
  • In cases of breach of contract from tenant, we engage the proper professionals to start legal proceedings (financial consequences are borne by the owner)
